The unit is not cooling

you need to find out the size of the unit.
Rule of thumb - for every 600 sq ft of cooling area (in a well insulated house) you will need 1 ton of air conditioning. 1 ton = 12000 btu.
So, if your cooling area is 600 sq ft you would need an AC which was rated at 12000 btu, assuming your house is well insulated.
If it is not insulated well - you might need a bigger unit, i.e. 15000 btu.

Split AC capacitor fused.

You need to trace the wires back to the device ie compressor, the fan now then write the color down. Note the capacitor has two different sides to it herm which is compressor and fan. then the common in the middle. Take the compressor wire should only be one and connect it to the herm. Now take the fan should only be one again and connect to fan. two devices connected. You might have two more wires and they go to the common. If you need any more help just get back to me. ken

Can you please give me 5 problems and 5 solutions

Most of the problems that arise with a window A.C. unit are from the "front", and "rear" coils ,or the filter at front are dirty. When the unit is on,the air is sucked in at both coils, and should be cleaned yearly. The front coil, and the filter are easy to clean, but the rear coil can be difficult. After checking the front, with the on cool, go outside and put your hand at the rear coil and feel if there is warm air blowing out.If not, your rear coil is probably clogged.Note:Do Not use high pressure hose to clean the coils, please.

The fan is not turning on my outside air unit but

You will need to replace the outside fan,or condenser fan motor.
Shut unit down, before the compressor gets damaged.

Without the condensor fan the heat will not be blown to the outside air and the unit will not cool.

You may be low on freon too, have it checked.

Airconditioner turns on and off automatically.

It is normal for an air conditioner to turn off and on automatically. This keeps it from making the room too cold. If it has a digital thermostat, set the thermostat to what temperature you want it to be in the room. If the air conditioner has a knob that says "colder", you let the air conditioner run until the room is comfortable to you and then you turn the knob very slowly toward warmer until the air conditioner turns off, and then very slowly turn it back to colder until the compressor comes back on. It's normal for a non-central air conditioner to run the entire time you have the power turned on but the compressor, which provides the cooling, will turn on and off when only when cooling is needed.

My LG window ac continues to shut down after 20 or 25 minutes

The button on the plug is a GFI. Ground fault interuppter. Like on your hair dryer. When the unit is running, or has just tripped out, feel the plug and the well receptical. If either feel warm or hot, do not continue to run the A/c unit. Get an electrician to check for a faulty/ worn/improperly wired outlet. The units tripping out for a reason.
