We just replaced the belt

First check your battery, it should be around 12.5 volts, if not it is the battery. Because you changed the deck belt, is the mower a manual engaged deck? Make sure the safety switches are working properly. Seat switch, brake switch. When trying to start, do you get 12 volts to the starter? If not, check the 20 amp fuse.

Ensure you replaced the pulley correctly and that all parts are free to move and any spacers are correctly positioned. Before ANY DIY attempts at repairing machinery, ensure you remember where any small parts come from when stripping down. Keep all parts safely in the order they were removed and reassemble in the reverse order. If you fail to clean and (where required) lubricate parts, you will have problems with seizures. Finally, Did you have any bits left over?

If the warning light says "chg oil" the meter is telling you it is time to change the oil. The meter will automatically re-set after 6-8 hours of run time. It cannot be manually re-set.

Why when i engage the blades it thows the belt

Make sure the deck is set up properly, too much pitch down in the front can cause issues. Also, make sure the belt keepers on the deck pulleys are as close as possible. Spec says they should be at around 1/8" from pulleys.

When i turn on the pto it blows the pto fuse

Make sure everything is able to move freely with the engine off. If the blades are not damaged or stuck, and the belt will rotate, it is either a bad electric clutch, the PTO switch or you have a wire(s) that is shorting to ground.

How do you level the deck on a z series zero turn husqvarna mower

The owner's manual is the best place for this information. However, when setting, make sure you measure blade tip to blade tip not the lip of the deck. Also, set between 1/8" to 3/8" drop in the front for proper function.

My z5426 has allways left grass behind,i have to cut my lawn twice

Are your blades sharp? Are they lined up so they do not leave grass in between them as they spin? Is your cutting deck level or is one side higher than the other. These are all things that could cause long grass to remain. Some times a bent blade will do this also. I even had a lawn mower come in and the blades were installed up side down. He wondered why it would not cut right.

When i engaged the blades it blows the fuse

There is a fault in the blade engagement circuit. Using a multimeter or test lamp, check the switch, solenoid and wiring. Work logically and patiently and you will find the faulty component (tip - start with the solenoid) Good luck

My zero turn husqvarna ran great last week. Know

Check and see if your getting battery voltage at the starter terminal when trying to start engine. This may take two people, one to sit on seat while turning the key to start and one to check to see if there is any voltage to starter when trying to crank. If there is battery voltage at the starter when being cranked, you have a bad starter. If you don't have voltage at starter when being cranked, check and see if there is a starter signal going to the starter solenoid. I'm not sure where it is exactly located on this peticular model but it is not that far from the battery. The main positive lead which is red in color goes to the starter solenoid first. Then there is another lead with the same thickness that goes to the starter from the starter solenoid. There should be a small wire between 14-16 gauge going to the starter from the ignition switch. Disconnect that small wire and check and see if your getting battery voltage when trying to crank engine. If you are getting battery voltage to the solenoid, the starter solenoid is bad. If your not getting battery voltage to the starter solenoid when cranking, check all safety switches that would cause the circuit to be interrupted, not allowing the starter solenoid to be energized. Hope this works out.
