Not familiar with that particular model, but a close inspection of the door edges and the hinges should show up some fault i.e. there is often a piece of bent metal, just enough to catch on the casing. Once you locate the reason for it not closing the answer is generally obvious. However, if you mean that the door closes but doesn't lock that needs a different approach.
