hi most parts can be bought these days as long as you are confident enough to fit the new part, if your not clued up on these things best way is to get a piece of paper and write down everything you do when stripping front cover off and just put that in reverse when re-fitting new cover most important thing to note are assembly numbers make model they will be on the back or on the tag plate each part has it own assembly number when ordering sometimes you can be suoplied with a universal or generic part these are cheaper but make sure its the correct size type and fittings before you order if you go to e-spares they sell most parts and have videos as well to help prices are competitive http://www.espares.co.uk/good luck

there are 2 solinoied valves connected at back of machine there should b when u remove the hoses small filters in them if they are blocked wash out and try again but the most probable cause is the valves need 2 replace the faulty one hot or cold valve if u have only cold fill like new ones then just that 1 hope this helps
You may need to Clean out the pump catch to do this you need to remove the drain pump access cover, insert a pointed object (or tool) into the hole, Bottom right front of the unit push in to release the latch and rotate the cover clockwise.
you will need to clean this out use a shop vac to remove the water in the unit or have plenty towels handy
AS far as the fault code E:04=Er:04washing=Door control broken
Cause=Faulty Triac or control module
www.apdepot.com they are very reasonably priced. If you don't find the part on their website, call them. I just purchased that same part (drain pump assembly) for about $ 63. Now I have to find out how to access it to replace it!!
FixYa is sorry but this Forum does not supply parts, part numbers, prices or other details direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web. Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained on many makes and models, probably over many years ;-0)
Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

The transport bolts are really for shipping or moving purposes. As long as you don't drop the unit or give it a good jolt some some type you can be confident in placing the units on the pedestals without any problems.

You water line filters may be stopped up. This happened to me once and I unscrewed the two hoses next to the machine and looked. There was a filter that I could remove, made of hard plastic. I took the filters out of each hose and screwed the hoses back on the machine, without the filters. It worked for years. The other thing that I have done is I once had a machine I couldn't get unclogged and the line didn't work for my cold water so I turned off my hot water and I took the hot water hose and put it to the cold water tap. My cold water came into the machine by the hot water hose. I used it for years afterwards. I just had to wash everything in cold water.
