Download the latest version of DirectX and update your graphics drivers. If that does not fix the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Hello, Here are a few things to try.

First I need you to click start and in the search box type in dxdiag and hit enter, Next click the dxdiag icon and it should bring up the directX diagnostic tool. Click the Display tab and in the Device box your graphics card will be under Name. Write it down and do a google search for "Latest drivers for . Download and install the drivers then restart your pc. If this fails continue below

Right click the icon you use to open the game and select properties. Click the compatibility tab and check the box "Rune this program in compatibility mode for" choose Windows 98/ME. If windows 98/ME is already selected then choose windows xp service pack 2. Make sure to click apply before closing.

Toggle along with other windows version
Check to see if it works

Hello suttonplaya3, The game may work natively on Windows 7. If not you could try to run it using Windows XP compatability mode in Win7. To change the mode to XP do the following:

• Right click the games icon
• Select Properties
• Select the compatibility tab
• Check the "Run this program in compatibility mode" box
• From the drop down menu select Windows XP
• Click Apply then Ok
• Try running the program again.

it appears whatever you are trying to install does not support windows vista... you should contact the software manufacturer for an updated version if one exists.

If you just want to listen to your own music while you play the game go to the menu of your game then go to options/ sound options what ever. Then try and turn the music volume down, or off.

Then run , Windows Media Player/ Jukebox/ Quicktime/ what ever your program is and play whatever music you want.

If you want to add your music to the game, I am not shure but I think it may be illegal.
