Dell OptiPlex 330 Desktop Desktop Computer Questions & Answers
Buzzing noise on boot up, about four buzzes.
The first thing to check would be the CMOS to see if there is a setting for "case intrusion" or something to that effect. Some computers have sensor that goes off the computer's side panel is opened. I believe this can be disabled in the CMOS and/or it's just a wire connected to the motherboard that can be disconnected.
It could also be an important fan, like the CPU fan, isn't spinning fast enough which may or may not lead to an over-heated CPU.
Also check to be sure all the memory sticks are firmly seated.
If it doesn't look like any of those it could always the the power supply. See if you can borrow one for a little while for testing purposes just to see if it works.
If none of those pan out I would say call Dell support and see what they say.
Computer didn't start

Maybe you have a CD inserted or a USB flash memory attached to your PC disconnect it and try again.
NTLDR MISSING
Either your Operating OS is bad or your hard drive.
On boot up I have no video display on my dell optiplex 330
It could be one of two things, either your monitor is bad or the video card is bad. Try taken connecting your monitor to a different computer. If the monitor works then it the video card. You could just purchase a new video card and put in and it should work
No video on my optiplex 330 and lights 2 and 4 are lit on the front
You could try to connect a different, working, monitor first. Should this not work, then you can be fairly sure that your monitor is good, but the problem lies either with your motherboard or just the integrated video circuitry on it. That being said, there's usually an option of installing an auxiliary video card on the motherboard expansion slots - preferably an AGP or PCI-X16 graphics card. Should you care to provide me the service code number for the tower, I can check with Dell to see which type card can be installed on this motherboard. Thanks!
Bluetooth enable
Bluetooth is line of site so nothing can interfere with the connection...also other electronics can interfere with the signal.
