Hello, I bought the safe executive CS-2 less than a year ago, Couple of month ago started to hear beep all the time with ready led switched on, I thought it might be the batteries, I changed them but same problem, I thought maybe it needs new code, I changed it but still the same? A locksmith should be able to make a key for you. If you can contact the manufacturer they might be able to help.

There might be a code on the key lock. Manufacturers can sometimes furnish replacement keys by the code or serial number of the safe. A locksmith could also pick the lock and make a key. Keys are really essential if the electronic lock fails. If the safe needs to be opened without keys, a pro can do this with minimal damage.

Hi, try a shot of WD-40 lubricant in the lock, work the key around, a tumbler may be stuck Try it again next day after the lube has a chance to to work.. Otherwise, your key may be damaged or the wrong one. Contact the maker of the safe to get a new one. Bill Nash

You must be having the manual override keys. Just open the safe with those keys and reset the passcode.

Most inexpensive electronic safes have a reset button inside. Push that and then enter the new combination and finally press the button you normally use to unlock. Confirm the new combination works before closing the door again.

There are two ways you can open this safe. First one is to give alternate power supply for which generally a devise is provided which I do not think you have the access to. Second Option is that you must have manual override keys. With this manual key you can open the safe and then change the batteries.

Most of these Chinese safes have a reset button inside the safe. Open the safe, press reset and enter your new combination. Then check it before closing and locking the safe.
