Poulan 2-Stroke Engine Oil - 24 Pack - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Will this work in my
Yes if what you have is a two stroke engine. If it is just follow the mixing instructions on the bottle for the proper ratio for your blower. The ratio is usually molded into the fuel cap on the blower.
Need to make 50:1 ratio
2 choices here
if you want to use the entire 3.2 oz bottle you need to add it to 1.25 gallons of fuel to = 50:1 ratio
if you have 1 gallon of fuel you need to add 2.6 oz of oil to the fuel to equal 50:1 ratio
hope that helps

Assuming everything is back toether properly and was not the problem the frst place, remove the exhaust pipe to expose the exhaust ports to ensure they are not carbon block. Also check the exhaust it self for a spark arrestor screen that could hve been carbon fouled and clogged. Cannot free flow because of the problems noted above, you will not be able to run a two-stroke engine reliably.
Rational for gas and oil
to lubricate the engine. there is no crankcase oil.
no oil= no lubrication=dead engine in no time at all

No gas getting to cylinder on coleman 1850
I have never worked on this specific model but I am sure it has a fuel filter that would be where to start. If it doesn't have a filter install one. Also if no filter disconect the fuel line at the carb. and see if there is fuel. It should allow fuel to freely flow out of it so becareful. Also make sure the fuel shut off valve is open. If there is no fuel coming out of the line at the carb you have a clogged line and need to clean the tank and line to remove the clogg. If you do have fuel the carb is your problem and will need to take apart and clean.
Have a great evening

Can i use this tester to check for any live wires. im installed a new light fixture on my porch from existing wiring but lights not tuning on
However, I can provide guidance on using a basic voltage tester to check for live wires when troubleshooting a light fixture installation.
Using a Voltage Tester:
Non-Contact Voltage Tester:
If you have a non-contact voltage tester, it's a handy tool for quickly identifying live wires without direct contact. Hold the tester close to the wire insulation or the terminal screws, and it should indicate the presence of voltage without making physical contact.
Contact Voltage Tester:
If you have a contact voltage tester, make sure it's designed for the voltage level you're working with (e.g., 120V for residential electrical systems).
Turn off the strength to the circuit on the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Safety First:
Always prioritize safety. Make sure the power is turned off before working on any electrical components.
Test the Tester:
Test the voltage tester on a known live circuit to ensure it's functioning properly.
Check the Wiring:
Once confirmed, turn off the power to the circuit you are working on.
Use the voltage tester to check each wire connected to the light fixture. Verify that there is voltage on the wires.
Neutral and Hot Wires:
Typically, a light fixture will have a hot wire (usually black) and a neutral wire (usually white). Make positive each wires are linked properly.
Ground Wire:
Check for a ground wire and ensure it's properly connected. Some light fixtures may have a green or bare copper wire for grounding.
Switch Position:
Ensure that the wall switch controlling the light fixture is in the ON position.
Bulb Check:
Confirm that the light bulbs in the fixture are working and properly installed.
Circuit Breaker Check:
Double-check the circuit breaker or fuse for the lighting circuit to make sure it hasn't tripped or blown.
