if the crank arm is one piece ,it will not be possible to remove it however if you remove the pedal ( lh thread lh side) then you can remove the plastic covers off the machine

Contact the manufacturer they will have a website and will supply the correct cable for your unit. make a note of the units model number and or serial number. This is usually found on a sticker

Try resetting the console. Press and hold the START/STOP button for 2 seconds.

I checked but no specs on replacement AC adapter listed in manual; call the number listed in manual for part or specs.

The problem might be the gearbox. I know because I have the same problem.  Keys fitness is out of business, but "The Treadmill Doctor" has purchased the inventory of parts for the bikes.
