Yamaha 50 vino - starting problem
If it sat for a year without Sta-bil in the gas it is probably gummed up and you will have to remove the carb and clean the gunk out of the inside of it and check out all the passageways to make sure they are clean and open

Ksf 400a1 4 wheeler wont start even when pulled
it may be flooding out that is why it wont start try to shut the fuel off and try to see if it will try to start if not try taking the spark plug out and putting a little bit a very little bit of gas in the plug hole and then put the plug back in it and try to start it
BMX ball barings
put a thin layer of grease in the bearing race/concave part where they go. If they have a retainer pop each ball back into the retainer, test fit all before grease goes in. Make sure that it all fits smoothly, and snug not too tight. If the balls themself are out of the retainer they will pop back in fairly easy and the retainer can also be bent back into place to keep the ball bearings in place.
My vulcan 1500 1997 back fire somme time wy
lean gas mixture. or the valve timing is off, but probably both. A lean mix will run really hot and allow for secondary combustion in the pipes (backfire) when the valves let even a bit of uncombusted gas through. My guess is that the bike hasn't had the carbs cleaned out thoroughly in a while. Run a half can of Sea Foam with your full tank of gas to help clean out the carbs, but really you should take them apart and dip them to clean everything out. Also you could adjust your pilot screw settings to make it run a bit more rich, but then you are just compensating for the dirty carbs. That's just my guess.
Gas flowing out of overflow tube
If there is any gas flowing out of a Mountain Bike you have serious problems.
In reality you have a Motorcycle, not a Mountain Bike.
It's almost surely a stuck float valve. Try banging on the float bowl with a rubber mallet, but not too hard. You should really take off the bowls and clean them out, then replace the float valve pins and check the floats for any holes or for sticking action. Sometimes the floats will stick open due to rust gunk or old gas gummed up in there. I use Sea Foam fuel additive to help keep the carb clean. You could try running a half bottle of that through a bit, but I'd start by getting that bugger unstuck first.
