Hi i am lookin for identification number for 650

The vin number should be on the left hand frame rail. Look forward from the left hand footpeg and the 17 digit vin will be stamped into the frame. The newer models put them on the rear of the frame.

My zx9r 95 will not start ? it is getting fuel but

Is it getting to much feul? May need to clean the carb if its been sitting with gas in it. Is the spark plug wet? Make sure the insulater on the business end of the plug is in good shape, no cracks, or erosion of the spark gap. Is the air filter clean and in good shape? Are you running old gas? If so try draining it and replaceing with fresh.
These are the basic checks for any engine, beyond that it's looking for gasket leaks around the head and cylander and compression testing. You may not have the tools to do the more in depth tests, so a trip to the dealership or service center may be in order.

Good Luck. Let me know how it goes.

If I remember correctly that bike is oil injected, if so you probably have an adjustment issue with the injection pump. You should bring it to the dealer to have it reset, unless you have a shop manual and a reasonable understanding on oil injection.

Good Luck.

09 kx250f fuel leak

Sounds like your carb is dirty inside. make sure its out of warranty first, (don't want to void it), then pull off the bowl at the bottom of the carb and clean it. Try to avoid useing acetone based cleaners as this can sometimes ruin some seals/gaskets/components.
