Coleman Portable Toilet - Page 7 Questions & Answers
Hi - I have a
Hello Joe,
the serial # (VIN #) is usually located on the tongue of the trailer. It can either be a tag, or it may be stamped. The axle may also have a tag that has the VIN # as well. Sometimes the tray that holds the propane cylinders covers this up.
On the popup box itself, there may be a small name plate located on the roadside front corner as well.

I've had a couple of coleman tents in the past and I have a pretty good grasp of how they all set up. Start with the main tent material and collapsible poles. Put the pole segments together to create several long straight poles. Start with the first pole and slide it through a fabric sheath and all of the sheats lining up with it. The ends of pole will clip in to the bottom of the tent on either end and with some models there are clips that clip onto the pole.
Do this same procedure with each of the poles until your tent is standing up on its own (note that some poles will be used for the rain fly).
Now add the rain fly, if you suspect there is a chance of having rain. The rain fly is a large piece of tent material that drapes over the entire tent and is bungeed down to the corners of the tent. There may or may not (depending on the tent model) be poles that push the rain fly out over the doorways, these poles are tensioned between the rain fly and the tent itself.
Be sure to stake your tent down and put some gear in it to weigh it down in the case of inclement weather.
Enjoy!

I have lost all pressure in my coleman 502 camp
If you didn't oil it it might do that. or you should check the position at witch you are holding the plunger.
the instructions say that the plunger turns left and right but mine doesn't do that
DON'T FORGET TO COVER THE HOLE IN THE PLUNGER THOUGH

Those stretchy tent poles are at walmart, real cheap, Buy a couple and you will have a spare. If you want to fix the old one, I would try a couple solvents to loosen the glue, then remove the tip. Goo gone, or one of those to start, then move up to the mineral spirits, then the laquer thinner, If that doesn't do it, Nothing this side of fire will do it. Laq thinner is the strongest solvent available. Be carefull.
