Now that I have replaced all O-rings and firing valve assembly. Why do the nail heads still hang up with contact on the side of driver rod?

It sounds like your complaint is that the driver isn't returning all the way up and is getting hung up on the next nail? There is an o-ring on the cylinder near the bottom that covers several small holes around the cylinder (LB1015) - this acts as the check valve and provides the air reserve to push the piston back up - if this o-ring is damaged or missing it will prevent the piston from returning all the way to the top. 26266403-4ukbeyx4iefg4em1tlva0y55-2-0.gif The other thing to check is make sure your driver is not bent or the end chipped / worn. Best of luck - let me know if this has helped.

SENCO Framing nailer suddenly decided not to fire.

You have some worn/broken o-rings inside the gun. You need Senco repair kit #YK0360 to fix it. Fairly easy to replace the o-rings, just be sure to put lots of lube on the rings as you put it back together.

Framepro 602 will

If the nails are not feeding into firing position, suspect that the driver is not returning to top position. To check if this is the problem, fire gun untill missfire. Remove air supply and insert rod into nose and push up driver. If driver will not move up and first nail cannot move into position, suspect debris in gun. If driver moves up into position when you push allowing first nail to move into position suspect worn piston oring cracked bumper or checkvalve oring is weak. Remove nails from gun and remove the head. Pull out the piston driver and examine the lower bumper. If cracked and missing pieces, replace. If bumper looks ok pull out the cylinder and look at oring around the lower outer part of cylinder. This oring is the check valve and causes the driver to return to top (checkvalve oring should fit snugly). If lower bumper is good and checkvalve oring is snug, make sure that the piston oring fits snugly in the cylinder and does not allow the driver to drop down the cylinder under its own weight. Lube all oring with silicone paste lube. Good luck.

Air nailer vnot operating. blowing air from top

Your nailer has worn or broken o-rings in the top end. You need a rebuild kit (Senco part number YK0360) to get your gun going again. They are available through most online, after market parts stores. When you get it, remove and replace each seal and o-ring one at a time so you get them all back in their proper place and use all of the grease to lube the o-rings. Use all of the parts in the kit, if one o-ring or seal is damaged the others are not far from failing.

My 602 is passing air

Air leaking past nose of gun during shot is indication of worn/cracked lower bumper. Remove head and pull piston; examine bumper and replace as needed. Air leaking thru nose when airline is connected is indication of leaking cylinder spacer orings (time to reseal gun with oring kit). Parts are available at www.toolpartsdirect.com. Good holidays

Senco Framepro 602 has air

Sounds like the bar that slides down to push the nail is jamed you should disconect it from the air and check to make sure a nail is not stuck you should be able to look at the gun and see how to disasemble it in the front end to release it once that is done try some white grease on the part befor you reasemble it
