No there is no way to do this unless you have called ID and the number isn't blocked.

Please double check the handset cord if it is properly connected, or you may want to unplug the handset cord for at least 10 seconds then plug it back in.

If nothing's happening, please check your user's manual, because there should be a setting to be set up.

call your voice mail and log into mailbox 999.(dial the pilot number possibly 555 or 850 then hit the star key when you hear the greeting) the default security code for mb 999 is 999997.Hit option 8 then listen to the prompts you can reset just the password or the entire mailbox. the new default password will be the mailbox numbe followed by 997. Ex Mialbox 200 new password will be 200997

Log into mail box 999 and use sec code 999997 or just 997 and press 8 for admin functions.

I think this feature is dependent on your system - the phone display is in agreement with the entire network. Check to see what system your phone is on - ours is a Strata DK-280 - and then search Google to find a total solution to changing time.

Depending on the type of system you have powering the 2020,this should take care of it.
Leave the handset on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds - enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered,
press Redial,
press Speaker.
This must be done at extension 200 - usually the receptionist phone.
For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker

Yes the unit will allow music on hold all you have to do is get the programming right.

Hi please find above your user manual. Also often, well, sometimes, on the side/rear of the phone, there is a small slide switch, that is used to control the ringer, or as related hopefully the manual will show you how.

The voicemail system is not answering. Often on Toshiba systems the voicemail is a seperate PC based unit. Try locating voicemail and check for power or reboot. If this is a PC based voicemail, a common failure is the voiceboards in the PC that allow calls to be answered by the voicemail. If you detrermine that voicemail is running but just not answering, a bad voice board is the likely cause.

Depending on the type of Toshiba phone system, the programming steps may vary slightly but this should get you on the right track.
