Chicago Pneumatic Qrs 5 HP/3 Phase Rotary Screw Air Compressor Questions & Answers
Compressor will run but not produce air
Check your safety valve is closed
by pulling it out and releasing it. You can use a mixture of dishwashing soap
and water to drip on the valve to see if it makes bubbles identifying a leak.
Next make sure the petcock valve on the bottom of the tank is closed and not
leaking by using the soapy water again. If you cannot close or fix the valve
replace it. The next trouble shooting will require checking the air input to
the tank but be careful since the tubes could be hot.

I have oil leaking out of the air inlet filter
If it is an oil bath air filter, overfilling the filter could do it.
If there is excessive vibration that could cause it.
Possibly during shutdown some backflow of air occurs.

In CPB30 screw compresser lub oil leak in air
ussually it comes from being shut off while its running. allways make sure that its quit its cycle and is not running before you shut it down.if your not going to be using it for a while as in going home for the night it is a good idea to turn it off to keep power outages from doing so

I bought Chicago 80 p rotary set without instruction
Dude!!!!!! This is NOT a Chicago tool nor is it pneumatic! Chicago tools are air powered. This is a rotary tool. Looks like a very nice one at that. The world leader in rotary tools is Dremel. Although the tool you have is not a Dremel. I am going to direct you to their website as they have a great introduction to rotary tools, they explain how-to and give details on all of the attachments and what they are for. They are also explicit on safety and give detailed safety instruction. I personally have four different Dremel tools and hundreds of attachments, if you need any advice on any of things please feel free to contact me again. This will Fixya!

How much should good scaffold brick guards cost me?
These should be expensive, but they are nothing of the sort. You can pick up quality scaffold brick guards online for as little as £3.99. I use a company called
BrikGard because they use 100% recycled plastic scaffold brick guards. I like to be as environmentally friendly as possible without compromising quality or increasing the purchase cost too much. Given that their brick guards are so cheap and made from 100% recycled plastic, I feel safe using them. Also, anyone working on-site should consider using a brick guard because it offers that extra layer of peace of mind so you can get focused on the job without worrying about things like falling debris coming down and striking you. For affordable scaffold brick guards, I would check out BrikGard.
