I have a 1845C case

Hi,
Sorry, but there is no easy way to do that...
You will need to get it somewhere that you can jack that side up and take the wheels off to be able to get it fixed right...even then it can be a pain in the rear...
Check the chain.. you may need to take a full link out and put a half link in there to get the chain tighter...

I have a case jx

Take a look and see if this piece came out. Here are 2 pictures. The first one with a pressure regulator and the 2nd one without a regulator: (2 different pumps but same concept)

Part you may have lost:

I am not sure if you can get just the regulator from an implement dealer. They may only sell a replacement (new or re-built) power steering pump.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

W-7 Case loader will not start. I ran fine, shut

The fact that it will start on ether suggest it's most likely a choke problem. To see if it's the choke cover most of the air intake, if that makes it start that will confirm it's the choke.
If it starts but then stalls when you back off the throttle suggests a vacuum leak. To find a leak use your ether spray it at the base of the throttle body or carb, where vacuum hose connect or look damaged.
If the engine changes you have a leak there. BE VERY CAREFUL USING ETHER TO FIND A LEAK AND HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER HANDY, FIRE IS A REAL SERIOUS RISK USING THIS METHOD.
