If the board (PCB) is not damaged you can re-solder the wires back. If the PCB is damaged you should be able to get new ones by looking up the make and model of the device and look for the specific part.

The DSi has several system updates specifically designed to block flashcarts such as the R4. Check the R4 website to see if they have information on what to do if your DSi has blocked the cart. You might be able to do an update to the R4 to fix it.
