Faucet will not swivel
if your faucet is new....the spout was put together wrong and it needs to be removed and re-attached correctly...(friction washer/ring in wrong position).....if not new....spray some penetrating oil on the connection that is supposed to swivel....make sure the surface is dry and try to avoid overspray. let it sit for 15 min...then spray it again...and again let it sit ....after sitting for a few minutes.....gently try to move the spout side to side...if no change...repeat the first processs...and continue to repeat until it becomes moveable....once moveable....detach the spout.....dry out and remove any foreign matter from the connection side on the faucet...then apply a small amount of faucet grease to the connection threads and the inside barrel....a thin even coat ...excess grease will clog your aerator...don't use too much....now repeat the cleaning and lubricating process on the removed spout connector....reassemble.....remove aerator....turn on the water and flush....replace the aerator....turn water on full blast....check for leaks and for swing...it should swivel now ....if not...loosen the connection nut a tad and try again....if still no swing....you are missing a friction ring somewhere in the connection and it needs to be replaced before you will be able to swing the spout.....good luck...

Water shoots out of my faucet, now can I plug it?
water is supposed to come out of your faucet...in a controlled fashion....if its at the handle....remove the handle and locate the source....tighten the packing gland or replace a seal. if it sprays all crazy at the spout...try unscrewing the little piece on the tip of the spout (aerator)....flush your faucet by running the water with it off...then flush out the screen on the aerator and re-attach it...hope I was some help....good luck and always know where and how to turn your house water supply off before working on any pressure points on your water supply system.
I have a Price Pfister 34 series kitchen faucet
How did you resolve the problem of removing the spout assembly? We also have a Price Pfister 34 series kitchen faucet and are trying to replace the diverter. Like you, we have removed everything down to the spout assembly, which will not simply lift off. We have tried letting it sit overnight with WD40, thinking it would loosen it up. No such luck. Then tried using white vinegar, thinking maybe there were calcium deposits holding it on. No luck. Please tell us that you were successful and how you got the victory over this stubborn thing!
The black plate surrounding spray controls fell off,now what?
Is the plate damaged? If so you should be able to get another at the hardware store. Will it slip over the sprayer? If not you will need to turn the water off at the cut off and unscrew the sprayer hose the pull hose through the sink hole and put the plate over the hole then the hose goes back through the hole and screw it back on under sink. It should be good to go.
I have a Price Pfister
You need an aerator wrench, Pfister part number 941-031. Several vendors on the web carry this part.

How do you remove the handle to replace valve?
Unscrew top button. Using a phillips screw driver remove handle retaining screw and work off handle. If it leaks under the handle you need to unscrew the top cap, use a strap wrench to hold the body and tighten the brass retainer ring with an adjustable wrench. Or remove the ring to replace the cartridge.
The spray handle works but
wow need a new faucet?? NO just kidding
Ok the water not running out of the faucet. that is the screen on the end of the spout, just un screw it clean it and your good to go.The leak on the spray, pull the spray out and run it and look at the connection right there on the handle.
if there is no leak, get an other person to run the sprayer and you take a flash light and look up at the bottom of the faucet.and see if you can see the leak from there. The hose should attach to a brass section coming out of the bottom of the facucet, It may be it just got loose and you need to re tighen it. Now yo will need a basin wrench to do that . If yo dont have you you can buy a cheap on ( which is all you need) from a hardware store,
Also if you take your hand and feel around the the bottom of the sink where all the pipe come down it might be the fauect itself.
Good hunting be safe protect your eye
