The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Sorry the tv it is worthless as a whole tv set.Very exspensive if tries to fixed.By replacing the tv LCD screen panel it is not possible, because the tv LCD screen panel will cost the same as a new tv.Because u only can buy the tv LCD screen panel by the tv corporation themselves only, they'll sell it to u but they charge u like a new tv for the LCD screen panel.Tv set now only can be used as salvage tv only for it PCB boards only now,for other tvs to used as salvage tv electronic PCB boards only for repair for other tvs as for PCB boards as parts that it.

You probably have a bad power supply module inside. You didn't supply a model number? If you do a search on youtube.com you may find a video detailing your problem and a possible fix. A power supply kit consisting of a fuse, pulse width modulator Field Effect driver Transistor, plus several diodes, and a resistor or two WILL generally fix your problem. Just did this for a friends 32" and it works again.

You don't give information. Is this a laptop or desktop. If you have a laptop, unplug the computer from the wall and pull out the battery. Wait a minute, put back the battery and plug into wall and press the on button. If it's a desktop there is an on/off button on the back of your tower. Turn it to off. Wait about a minute, put the switch in the on position and press the on bottom to turn on the computer.

Try right-clicking on your desktop while tv is plugged in and select screen resolution, that should open the properties window that will allow you to activate or change resolutions for the tv or detect it. Make sure that the tv is enabled and if necessary choose to extend your desktop to it.

Hi there are a few things that would be wrong with your TV. The most likelly is your T-con board. The T-con board is the part that trasmit your picture from the signal board to the Screen. You would have to open up your TV and look at the part number of your TV in order to find the part. The other Two things are the signal board or the screen itself might be bad. You can get parts for this TV at www.interliquidparts.com

Plasma and LCD TV sets are prone to having capacitors in the power supply section fail. This is the most likely cause for the probem you describe. When capacitors fail your will commonly see one or more of the following symptoms.
  • No video, Power light is on or blinking.
  • TV is making a clicking noise.
  • TV takes a while to come on
  • Screen is very dim or flickers.

Again, You can get a power supply repair kit with the parts, detailed instructions, and support from sites such as www.TvRepairKits.com . Or just click here to see more details on their kit.

Here are pictures of capacitors...Notice that the ones below look bloated. They have failed and will need to be repalced.
