Altius mp3 player not charging
According to the Altius manual:
Make sure the power is switched to the "ON" position.
For a full charge, leave the unit connected to the PC for 3 to 4 hours.
Do not press any button while charging, otherwise charging will automatically stopped.
Only charge the battery after it has run out, otherwise it will shorten the life of the battery.

I have the altus mp3
It took me a bit to figure out how to get the music to play. The instuctions that came with it weren't very clear.
* Hold arrow "on" button down to turn on player.
* Use rocker (knob on top) to move to the mode you want. For example, move the indicator to "music".
* Push in on the rocker, not the arrow "on" button to select the music mode.
* Use the rocker to select the song you want to hear, then push arrow "on" button to play.

Cant get all songs to
The files are corrupt and you should delete them. If it has a detachable memory like a memory card. Format it and add new songs to it to prevent such occurrence happening again.

My mp3 only plays 10
Your player's play mode has been set to "intro" mode. You can fix it if you
select the settings from the menu and change the play mode to "normal".
Good luck!
Thanks.

How to delete music
Hi laura jean91...
Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
------------------------------------------------------------------------
BIG WARNING: DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
