No. They do need to be connected either by wire or wireless to a device to receive data to be printed or through the use of a data card that you can insert in the printer.
Here's a place to start. Go into Control Panel, Programs and Features, and look at each program that starts with "HP". Look up each one on the web and see if they are bloatware, and remove those that are.
If they exist, I uninstall the following... HP Customer Participation Program, Shop for HP Supplies, HP Registration Service, HP Customer Feedback, HP Product Assistant, HP OrderReminder, HP Quick Launch, HP Launch Box, HP Wallpaper, HP Performance Advisor, HP Easy Backup, HP Power Assistant, HP Image Zone Express.
See... http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/HP-oem-bloatware.aspx
There are often many more, but you should research them.
Audria,
Can you be more specific of the Brand and Model of the Wireless Headset you are trying to connect?
Are they wireless via a USB Transmitter or Bluetooth?
Further information helps us help you. :)
when you say the fan runs does it start up and then spin at full speed or just start up spin and stop until needed again.
all thought it may look like your laptop is dead it might just be your screen, if you can see HDD light flashing away then you can assume its the monitor try attaching a external monitor and see what happens
Hi Howard -
A few questions for you - When you press the Power Button, do you see and flashing LEDs? If so, which LEDs and how many times do they flash?
You can try unplugging the system from any power, hold down the power button for 30 seconds (drains all flea power) and plug it in and try. Basic move, but I've had it work several times before.
Let me know -

A default email account is the account that your computer will open when you click on an "Email Us" or "Contact Us" link when you are on the Internet. Your computer is pre-programmed to open the Outlook or Windows Mail email servers when you click one of these links. If you prefer to send emails with your Yahoo! Mail account instead, change the default settings. Click the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel." Select "Internet Options" from the "Control Panel" window that opens. Click the "Programs" tab. Click the drop-down menu next to "E-mail." Select "Yahoo! Mail." Click "OK." Yahoo! Mail is now your default mail application. Hope this helps.
