You should be able to solve this problem using NSPro if you can find someone who has it. A phone repair shop can help you and they even offer cell phone repair school in case you want to learn for yourself.

The default code for samsung model is 00000000,it the code doesn't work,you need to reset phone by type this codes.

Call your muted A747 from another phone.
Answer the call.
On your A747 select Options with the top left button.
Select the first entry, Mute/Unmute.

First you have the heavy applications that are on the phone.

Then you can turn off the phone, remove the battery and reinstall it back.

If the fault persists, then you have to Flash the phone with the appropriate software and cable.

If it does not work,

Then you have to fix the flex of the phone.
