Hi Clare, Open the flap of the device Long press the menu key (=) once it shows all the programs running you can leave the menu key and swipe all the apps that are running. that way you are clearing the cache. hope this helps.

Much like you need to put in the APN for data you need to create an MMSC for MMS messages. There used to be a tarsin website on Motorola's website for configuration of APN and MMSC but it might not have been ever updated for Straight Talk.
