When plugging in to charge
Hello,
there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture. Plugging it into the charger and the screen dying at that time is only a coincidence.
The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.
I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.
If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

Good luck.

How do i transfer my
A couple of ways. If its your phone book you should be able to take it into a local store. If its pictures and stuff like that, if both phones can take a memory card just transfer the card. If not you can just bluetooth it. I know thats a long process but thats all I can think of.

We can not figure out how to remove the sim card.
it all depends on your service that you have you may not even have one but if your sure that you do then tak out the battery and it will be there you may have trouble sliding it out so i reccomend using a small flat headed screw driver to help you gain leverage! good luck!
