Try to play another video if that shows 404 error so it means there is some problem in your internet connection. And if the video play so it means the video whcih you want to play before and showing 404 error is removed by the copyright rules violation on you tube.

Log into your account on youtube (assuming this is your own uploaded video, you cannot delete other peoples) top right corner should be your name with an arrow down next to it, hover mouse over it till a menu appears, click on my videos, tick the box next to the video you want to delete above all your videos is the delete button, click on it.
If you want to delete a video from Facebook, First sign in your account and then click on your username on the upper right corner of any youtube page, By clicking drop down menu will open. Click on "My videos". Your videos section will open, tick the video you wish to delete. After it click on "delete option" under the my uploaded videos section. Video will be deleted. For clear picture the procedure to delete you tube video in shown in the given video.

you might wanna check the cookies before openin the youtube
try this one might help you
clear the cache and delete the cookies from site(s) that cause problems:
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
If that didn't help then try to rename or delete cookies.sqlite and cookies.txt (if it exists) in the profile folder in case there is a problem with the file.
