You can request that another confirmation email be sent to you. Here is how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Click Confirm email address under Notifications

3. Click request a new confirmation number.

4. Check your inbox for an email with the new number.

If you pay with paypal via credit card your account will always show no funds. The only time that it will show funds is if you have received a refund from a seller or had money transfered into your account. Paypal will only draw against your nominated credit card account when you press the pay now key. It will not show what funds you have in that credit card account.

If I remember correctly you need to log in and go to your account to access the details. Paypal need details of a bank account, so you will need to give them these details and then that will need verifying with 2 small transaction amounts. Once verified you should be able to remove one of the accounts as you will now have 2 listed. Go to the FAQ page of www.paypal.com
