Ihave a brand new kohler K-10411-cp that I just installed. there is very low cold water flow and better hot water flow. Checked the supply valves and all are working OK. What's wrong?

sounds like there may be some blockage on the cold side, try disconnecting the water line,be sure the cutoff is off.see if any trash falls out with what water comes out.also check if they used tape when connecting and make sure the tape is not the problem.

I just installed a Kohler Forte R10412-N-CP. Hot water flow is good. However, very low cold flow. What's wrong

First turn off the shut-off valves and remove the Forte faucet inlet hose from the cold water line. Then put a temporary inlet hose on that shut-off valve. Test how much water flows into a bucket when you open the valve. Assuming that you had good flow from the cold water shut-off valve through the supply hose, a trickle flow on one side suggests the cartridge plunger (mixing valve) or the inlet hose is blocked or damaged. Since this is a new unit, I'd recommend you replace the faucet. The best option may be to take it to the place where it was purchased (depending on the return policy). I hope this helps and wish that I had better news for you. Cindy Wells

Kohler pop up plug staying closed

The plug has a little hole in the end - that rocker-arm lever fits through the hole. If the plug gets turned 90 degrees to the side before installing the lever, the lever won't go through the holeand the popup won't pop up. Pull the lever back out, rotate the plug 90 degrees with your fingertips or thumb, and put it back in. It may take several tries.

Drain stopper and its attached three brass pieces have become detached from the vertical rod running up to the handle.

Should be a small screw, hex or wingnut that attaches pull rod to rest of pop up assembly, just re-attach rods and tighten screw firmly. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/frankie_091f536560a54e12

You probably have a faulty seal in the valve. You will need to take apart the faucet and determine what seal is bad. Contact the manufacturer or a local hardware store to see if they have a replacement valve cartrige for your faucet or individual parts.

How to get out aerators that are flush with end of

Hello,

All aerators screw in, one way or another. If the faucet end presents as a cartridge screw on type, it will unscrew from the supply piping and is then further disassembled.
Those flush with the end of the fixture are either remoed from the end, or are removed by removing the nozzle from the supply piping (usually flexible/retractable) and then disassembled from the supply side.
Hope this was helpful,

Kohler a112.18.1 diverter will not spray

Generally the sprayer trigger assembly will unscrew from the hose. You can then point the hose toward the sink and turn on the water. It should flow freely through the hose when either the hot or cold is on. Generally there is a aerator on the spray head. You can access it by unscrewing the tip of the sprayer assembly and clean out any mineral deposits. There may also be an inline type filter in the handle where it screws onto the hose that can be removed and cleaned. If this doesn't help I would guess the on-off triggering assembly is broken and you would have to replace the sprayer head.Hope this helps.
