This sounds to me like one or both of the sensors on your spa may be bad and need replacing. There are two sensors in each hot tub. One for the temperature of the water and a high limit to prevent the water from going over 112 degrees. If one of these is bad then the sensor will not read the correct water temperature. check for a clog in the toilet valve supply as the washer can deteriate or the old piping in the house can clog if they are old and made of galvanize pipe or the fill valve is clogged. replace valve and or fill valve in the tank

If your circuit breaker is tripping when you turn the pump on it is caused by a bad motor. The motor probably has a short in it causing the breaker to trip,Replace your pump and that should solve your problem with the breaker.There is an outside chance you may have a bad circuit breaker too.US Parts Center

If you press the air button in and it does not turn the pump on you need to check a couple things.

• Is the circuit breaker on
• is the hose still attached to the bottom of the air button and the air switch on the pump
• check the air switch in the motor - it probably needs to be changed.

the motor has probably seized from rusted bearings. check pump for problems. possible failure of capacitor for motor.

The air switch used in jetted tubs is mounted in the box on the bath pump.Remove the pump from under the tub and take the top of the little box off by removing the two screws holding it in place.Once the screws are removed you may lift the lid off and you will see two wires going to the air switch, one wire coming from the pump power cord and the other from inside the motor.Remove the two wires from the air switch and then remove the air switch from the pump by taking off the nut that holds the air switch in place.Reinstall the air switch by putting the two wires back onto the air switch and put the cover back on the box on the motor.rodus parts center888-521-6183

To disconnect one of the jets to get more water flow to the other jets may not be very practical as you will need to remove the tub and cut the plumbing to the jet in question and cap it off.The other solution that you may use is you have adjustable jets is to turn the water off by the face of the jet, clockwise.If your jets are not adjustable then the first solution would be your only option other than purchasing a large horse power bath pump so you would get more water flow.

I assume you hooked the hose back up to the air switch on the motor.There will only be a couple of things to check.Make sure you have a good connection with the air hose to the air switch on the motor. Sounds like maybe the air switch may be bad. The Air Switch is a latching air switch so if is broken then it won't latch when the air button is pushed.Rodwww.uspartscenter.com

Start at the spa.

• Do you have voltage coming to the terminal strip in the control box?
• Is it the correct voltage?
• Do you have voltage at any point after that?
• Is there power coming out of the transformer?

The problem you are experiencing tells me that the air switch in the motor most likely the problem. This is a latching air switch that operates when the button on the side of the tub is pushed. The replacement TBS-339 air switch is around $21 Rod US Parts Center

IF that is the one I recall, the switch is not connected to the tub. When you press the button, it sends air pressure to the switch under the tub to activate it;. You need to check the tubing and the switch

Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker.If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.Rodwww.uspartscenter.com

the anti scald is adjusted too low. its located under/behind the handle. it usually has am allen wrench head. remove the handle and adjust it all the all the way to hot that should fix it. on some models you can remove the entire thing,but on some that will cause the handle turn 360deg because in some models its also the stopping point of the handle. hope this helps
