The dryer requires ~220 volts AC to operate the heater which means a double breaker for the dryer. Push the breaker pair off, then back on, and try the dryer again. If nothing and you have access to a voltmeter (or know someone who does), measure the slanted blades at the socket for ~220 volts. If nothing after trying the above, then you may have a defective breaker (they are sold as a coupled pair). Hope this helps!

My dryer is not drying the cloths it takes 3 times

The main cause is a plugged exhaust vent in the wall. Try disconnecting the exhaust vent from the wall and run a normal load. If the load dries properly, then you will need to have the exhaust vent professionally cleaned.
Good luck

Dryer makes loud humming noise

Check to see if the drum will turn by hand. If so, leave the door open but push the light switch button down and start the unit. Once you hear the humming sound, manually turn the drum with your hand to start. If the drum turns normally, you have a bad motor and needs to be replaced. If the drum does not turn, something is jamming the motor and needs to be disassembled and inspected.
Good luck

The belt may be broken or has come off the idler pulley. You may have something in the blower like a sock or other small item. Try to turn the drum by hand to see if you can hear or locate the problem. Pull the lint filter and look down with a flashlight to see if you can find an item stuck. A metal coat hanger bent into a hook can help remove an item. The belt repair requires removing the top panel, the control panel, a few screws inside the door and it should hinge away with pivots at the bottom of the machine. You may have a couple of screws under the front lip of the machine holding you from tilting the panel away. Once you have the panel off you can see if the belt needs to be put back on the spring loaded roller near the motor. Always unplug the unit before taking it apart.

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have not taken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then you need to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should take place. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causes for your dryer to fail.
