Chair not holding charge
It's your batteries. If they charge at all, your charger is okay, if not at all, new charger is in order.
Don't run your batteries down past half-disharge if you can avoid it. Charge daily or even more often if you are a road warrior, but try to keep them topped off. They don't have a memory.

Just got new control arm
in my opinion you have a problem with the control stick and or the control computer that operates the wheels and the direction you steer in, that is why the the little wrench, that wrench symbol is telling you it needs to be serviced, this has to be done by a shop that is an authorized repair facility, this joy stick sends a signal to a small computer and that translates the input from u into the direction you want to go, this system requires special testing and scan tools to service the system and test it..

Can't charge battery
At a minimum your batteries need to be charged for 12 hrs a day for the first month if not they will not build the capacity and will dwindle and die for example it is at only 25% capacity it says it fully charged but will die quickly this happens because it is charged to its full capacity but that is only 25% of the batteries true potential resulting in short battery life.
The best thing to do is contact your dealer, as I think you won`t be able to charge the batteries on your scooter as they will have no power.
Thething with scooters is to put it on charge when not in use.

Batteries aren't charging up. Chair want go.(Golden Compass)
That`s most likely your problem. When left uncharged for that long of a period, the batteries will discharge below 12 voltDC. The charger only recognizes 12 volts and up. So the charger can`t bring your batteries back up over 12 volts. You will need to get them on a slow charger, like a car charger or have them replaced. If you know someone or have a voltmeter, set it on DC and check each battery.
If it is below 12 VDC,they need to be put on a slow charger or replaced.
