check and clean switch connections

there are 4 screws at the back. If you have trouble opening unit that simple then maybe you should not be doing it.

keypad may be stuck - check if any of the keys are pushed in permanently

Needs new buzzer disc, or maybe buzzer disc fell out of its place and just repositioning it fixes the problem. You can always order one from Fluke - Part Number: 2041050

check input protection (thermistor (black components - first in line at Voltage terminals should be around 1kOhm, next is 2W resistor = 1kOhm and then 3 varistors (blue) open or very high ohms).

send it back to Fluke for service if you are certain that battery is good and connector is not damaged (check Voltage on 2 pins that come to the board)

check for shorts in circuit after battery connector

possible blown fusible resistor (check for open or very high resistance - should be about 1kOhm) - first big resistor in Voltgae terminal circuit

input protection circuit is blown , see if you can find fusible resistor and check for open circuit (should be 1kOhm) - big resistor on the right straight from the Volts input

try cleaning terminals. are measurements OK?

cleaning elastomeric and lcd connectors may help with isopropyl alcohol and cotton buds

RSOB housing and switch contacts need to be replaced unless main board is damaged.
