How to remove jammed staples in staple gun?

Take out the small bolt that is secured with a nut at the back of the gun (at the end where you feed the staples) -- then drop the inset. Now you have access to the jammed area. Clear out jammed staples and put the stapler back together. Easiest way is to hold the nut and turn the bolt from the other side.

Staples are stuck inside the stapler and will not come out

Typically you do not open these up.
Makes it difficult to remove stuck or wrong staples.
I have had good luck removing the staple ram rod and rapping firmly on the **** of the stapler against a wooden table. The idea is jolting the stuck staples into reverse out the way they went in. Tedious process but usually works. Removing the jammed staples in the nose at the striker plate requires using needle nose pliers and a sharp awl or small screw driver used on very small screws.
My T50 Arrow stapler is over 20 years old.
Still works great. Sometimes I slide in the wrong size staples by mistake. The process above usually works.
Good luck!

My t 50 does not shoot staples although chamber is

Hi, Dayne here
Well, it might sound too easy, but did you check for jambed staples. I also lightly oil all mine. Sometimes the actual plunger that drives the staple will break internally.
Thanks

How to take apart

Use a knife or small screwdriver to remove the little lock rings on one side of the stapler. DO NOT lose them With the lock rings removed, push the pins toward the other side of the stapler and remove them. Now the internal mechanism can be removed through the bottom of the stapler after you remove the staple "pusher" from the rear. That's about as far as you can take that stapler apart.
