Clarke Power Products Clarke 130EN Wirefeed Welder - 110 Volts, 130 Amps, Model# WE6523 - Page 5 Questions & Answers
THE WIRE CONTINUOUSLY FEEDS THROUGH
The trigger engages a relay that starts the feeder motor. Make sure your trigger is not stuck. Listen for a "click" when you squeeze it. Next, take the side cover off and look at the motor relay. If needed, remove the motor wire from the relay and try it again. My guess is the relay has arched shut. Please let me know how this works out.

Hi:
You can use any flowmeter the trick os to take off the original outlet and use a barb hose adapter 1/4" male thread and 3/16" hose barb. You can find all these at your near Praxair store or any other welding store.
If this was useful to you please vote. Thanks.
I need adaper clarke we6550
Hi:
You can standardize your gun consumables by using tweco products which you can find availability at any welding store (like Praxair).
First get rid of current gas nozzle (tip holder) and install a tweco 35-50 gas nozzle.
Second: Contact tip tweco 11-35 (or 30 depending on your wire size)
Last: the nozzle; a tweco 21-50 that includes the insulator if you are using gas, for innershield (no gas) wire, use LINCOLN nozzle KP1939-1.
All items are cheap, you won't spend more than 20 bucks.
That's all.

what model is your clarke? i have a 125en which is the exact same welder as a craftsman, you could probably get a new feed motor or other parts for the welder itself from sears, the gun is a tweco style gun same as lincolns, so if you need tips or anything you can get those just about anywhere welder stuff is sold. i hope i helped.
