Most likely there is hair and mineral build up preventing the drain to function.
I don't have this particular tub, but usually if you can pull up on the drain stopper and turn it counter clock wise it releases and then inspect the inside the hole. Clean it out the hair and gunk. Then re-insert stopper by pushing in and turning clockwise. good luck.

The tub should be plugged into a GFCI receptacle that will be located in some type of access hole under or on the side of the tub. Do a "reset" on that as well as checking the breaker. The pump motor may also need to be reset. It's reset button is typically located on the motor and is usually red.

If the sink is an over-mount and it sounds like it is then you will need to use tub & tile silicone beteween the lip of the sink and the laminate coiuntertop. Run a bead of silicone under the coutertop edge before dropping in the sink. It is your choice if you want clear or white silicone You will also need to use plubers putty when you re-install the drain housings beteween the lip of the housing and the sink. let me know if you have any other questions.

Possibly, the water is too hot and it is kicking out the thermal safety. 103° is the recommended maximum temperature for hot tubs & whirlpools, and it is also recommended that you don't stay in for more than 5 minutes. Your body's core temperature can raise and create health issues.

This is the control switch up in the tub edge causing this. First of all, the outlet under the tub is 'supposed to be a 'GFCI' recepticle and this could not happen. The 'GFI will trip at 4 milliamps which is less that you can even feel. I suggest you have it installed immediately. Replace the switch with an 'air switch'. The Mfg. can send you one. It's a tube and button that exerts air pressure to the switch to control the pump. No electricity involved! This will keep you safe and no shocks! On installation have gas coming in through the
You have a gas valve on the unit and once your turn the burner knobs, it opens the valve. Your valve is bad. I have replaced the oven valve on my unit a few years ago. You have to do a voltage check to the valve to see if the valve is being told by the controls to come on. Once you have established that the valve is being called to come on, then you know for sure the valve is bad. Also there is a small gas regulator on the stove near the inlet to it that could be plugged up but I doubt it. Its probably the gas valve which is generally located under the top. Some units have one (like mine) under the oven behind the broiler drawer or pan drawer, depending on what model you have. I hope this doesn't sound crazy, but you did plug the unit in right? It might now be electronic ignition but I wanted to cover everything for you.
