if the light on the heater is not coming on when the tub is full of water and the pump is on then the heater is not working.
check the circuit breaker to make sure it is on.
the heater and the pump cannot be on the same circuit. They have to be on separate circuits.
Make sure they are on separate circuits.
Check to make sure you have the heater installed in the correct place.
there is a pressure heater that mounts anywhere after the discharge of the pump.
there is a vacuum heater that mounts in front of the pump in the suction line.
if you put on or the other in the wrong place it will never come on.

You need to check the air button and the air switch.
One of them is bad. Pull the pump, plug it into an outlet that you know has power. Take a straw and blow into it with a straw and see if the pump comes on. If it comes on at this point then you have a bad air button. If it does not come on then you have a bad air switch which is what you are blowing into.

Sounds like either the air button on the side of the tub has quit working or the air switch in the back of the motor is not working.
Take the pump out. Get a straw, plug the pump into a working power outlet, blow into the straw into the air switch (where the air tubing was connected) on the motor. If the pump comes on/off when blowing into the straw then the air button on the tub is bad. If the pump will not come on or turn off when blowing into the air switch with the straw then the Air Switch is bad.

This comes from bacteria building up in the water lines of the bathtubs. you cannot solve that with bleach which is only 3-4% Chlorine. You need products that are made for cleaning out the water lines.

you probably have a jet that is broken. Sounds to me like if the water gets above a certain level the water starts to leak then that is what it tends to be. pumps will leak water when they turn on if the seal inside the pump is worn out.

To answer this, I'm going to need more info. The unit you are stating isn't listed as a brand. I can't find any info about this at all anywhere. The name sounds more like a model but not the brand name of the unit. If you can answer with a brand, I might be able to get more information.

On mine it's a big button vacuum switch inside the tub - I remember there was an option for a touch switch integrated in the Sunset logo.

should have an o ring on packing nut..take off handle..under escutchion plate..should be a nut,,if you take some pliers and turn on you ll see were it needs tightening.

Most likely there is hair and mineral build up preventing the drain to function.
I don't have this particular tub, but usually if you can pull up on the drain stopper and turn it counter clock wise it releases and then inspect the inside the hole. Clean it out the hair and gunk. Then re-insert stopper by pushing in and turning clockwise. good luck.

If you take the toe kick off at the base of the front of the washer you can reach up on the right side and there is a technicians manual. Well manual is stretching it. The manual is for error codes ant their remedy but not much else. Hope your "manual" is still there. Other wise here is where I found a little more info on mine.
