If you take the toe kick off at the base of the front of the washer you can reach up on the right side and there is a technicians manual. Well manual is stretching it. The manual is for error codes ant their remedy but not much else. Hope your "manual" is still there. Other wise here is where I found a little more info on mine.

The tub should be plugged into a GFCI receptacle that will be located in some type of access hole under or on the side of the tub. Do a "reset" on that as well as checking the breaker. The pump motor may also need to be reset. It's reset button is typically located on the motor and is usually red.

If the sink is an over-mount and it sounds like it is then you will need to use tub & tile silicone beteween the lip of the sink and the laminate coiuntertop. Run a bead of silicone under the coutertop edge before dropping in the sink. Possibly, the water is too hot and it is kicking out the thermal safety. 103° is the recommended maximum temperature for hot tubs & whirlpools, and it is also recommended that you don't stay in for more than 5 minutes. Your body's core temperature can raise and create health issues.

This is the control switch up in the tub edge causing this. First of all, the outlet under the tub is 'supposed to be a 'GFCI' recepticle and this could not happen.
