if you have a Tecumseh engine the main jet is plugged and you are starting on primer fuel. The jet is located in the bowl nut of the carb. Blast all holes with cleaner and air. You may need to find a small needle, ones used to hem clothes, and run that through to loosen stubborn particles and rinse out. let us all know if this works or you have a briggs motor.

does it have fresh gas ? if so probably should clean carb maybe put a carb kit in it

I would have solved the problem if you were smart enough to spell carburetor.
