Hi Chris: Seems a bit extreme to consider using the 12 gauge. I've found that a .22 works quite well. (Humour) Hint! Pressurized tanks must have the pressure relieved BEFORE the lid can be removed. If the lid has been over tightened or has stuck, you'll need to get more leverage to unscrew it. Sometimes a rag wrapped around it is all it takes. You can also try pouring hot water over the cap. Lay the tank flat so the rim of the cap gets the heat. Wrap an old towel around it first so it gets a good hot soak. Should come off without the artillery. Cheers

The picture looks a lot like a Solo sprayer I have. I wouldn't be surprised if Solo made them for Stanley. Do a search for Solo sprayers. They have a site. My sprayer is a Solo 425

the darker Seal has come off the plunger at the bottom of the unit , easy 5 min fix , just unscrew the allen keys at the bootonm take off the cover and remove the plunger , you'll see the plunger seal still inside you can fish it out with an allen key or similar tool clip it on again and reassemble

Lowes or Home depot sells replacement sprayers. Hose to tip all included.

On the pivot end of the bladed knife is a black plug that says pull. They actually mean "Push". push it away from the knife body and rotate the handle half it's mounted in, down. The body will rotate in half , revealing the utility blade and more blades in the rear storage.Also note the blade depth adjustment has a locking detent. You have to push it to the right to unlock the utility blade.and push it to the right when retracting to fully retract and lock the utility blade.

Is tranny and various speeds working properly? How about the throttle control? Do you have it set for higher speed?

The valve-o-rings + [ parbaks seals ] where the pressure can be adjusted with. Control the water inlet filter or hose that there are no waterlock couplers are used or is mounted on the wrong site on the hose , that it is used as water inlet on the tap.

This is a terrible tool took it apart to get the blade out of the handle and haven't been able to get it back together again.

Hi Chris: It is usually easiest to rest the weight on the tailgate of a pickup truck (or some other device) and then slip out of the harness. Another technique is to lift bend forward while at the same time rising one shoulder and lowering the other. That will create "slack" on the low shoulder side allowing you to get that arm out.
