1st try unplugging it and plugging it back in. 2nd The key pads can appear to be locked when it's just pushing the right buttons that fixes it. I have run into that more than once myself. I'm clever and it took me a while to find the right one. It usually had something to do with setting the clock. Try pushing each one from left to right & top to bottom just like you read. One of them probably will give you options. Not likely but it is possible it could be 2 buttons at the same time but I've never run into that.

Probably blew up the capacitor inside so now you hear the power transformer too.

it sounds like a fuse has blown, they are easy to replace but it should be done by a professional

You would have shorted some thing out a fuse may be on a pc board. Check the light socket as well . You could also google make and model for a manual

sounds like its not on high power.. Some microwaves have a popcorn button..This is usually automatically a high setting.Try putting your water in then hit popcorn...If the water heats up faster then your power settings are set wrong. You just need to change them. Your not set on high power..

Here is a section of the manual for your microwave on child lock, hope this helps. "L" - Page 7 Press and hold STOP/CLEAR until " L " appears on the display and a BEEP sound is heard. The CHILD LOCK is now set. The time will disappear on the display . To cancel CHILD LOCK press and hold STOP/CLEAR until " L " disappears. You will hear a BEEP when it's released. If any button is pressed, "L" will appear on the display Your oven has a safety feature that prevents accidental running of the oven. Once the child lock is set, you will be unable to use any functions and no cooking can take place. However your child can still open the oven door. Press STOP/CLEAR. Child Lock 7

try unplugging the unit for about 5 min..... for the microwave to reset. Plug back in and try a microwaveable safe bowl with a little water for 30 sec. This may take care of the error message. F4 indicates an open sensor

Only gravity keeps the door in open position. You can try to tilt front down by loosening the top mounting bolts.

Check for 110VAC at the primary of the power transformer. If not present check microswitches.
