I'm installing a 8NE-L ,

The FLA (Full Load Amps) for a 1 HP single phase motor is 16 amps at 115 volts. 5% is the maximum allowable volt drop from the main electric panel to the pump per NEC (National Electric Code). When these values are plugged into the volt drop formula, such as this one:
http://www.nooutage.com/vdrop.htm
90 feet is the maximum allowable distance for a #12 copper rated at 75 degrees C.

I have a STA RITE

Hi Tom, The reason your pump is getting noisy is because the motor bearings are worn out. This can also be caused if the shaft seal between the motor and the wet end is leaking. The bearings can't be lubricated because they are sealed. The best solution is to have the bearings replaced as well as a complete seal kit for the wet end.

Water not coming at full force from pool into pump

It sounds like your pool pump is either not primed or is not strong enough to provide adequate suction. Check to make sure the pump is properly primed. Check for cracks in the lines that might also cause loss of pressure in pool pumps.

Disassembling the pool pump

Try consulting the owners manual for these pool pumps. You can find one online. That should give you a diagram with detailed and numbered parts to help you figure out where your seals are and how to get to them.

Leaking from opening in middle of right side

If this is between two screws when your looking at the front of the pump then it is in the suction gasket between the pump pot and the pump housing and the one you have could be a paper gasket and should be replaced with a rubber or cork one this can be done by removeing all four screws and gently pulling the two pices away from each other and clearing the old one out and putting the new one in. That is the hard part as there will be a extention comeing from the pump into the pot and is about two inches long you need to clear this with the new gasket and then just put the screws back in and fill with water.
If your looking from the back of the pump and the leak is between the motor and seal plate of pump then it has a bad seal and will need to be replaced. For this you seperate the half's of the pump by takeing the band clamp off pulling the front from the back then remove the five screws on the defuser pull it off if there is a screw in the center of the impeller, that is left handed and unscrews by turning clockwise. then unscrew the impeller and replace the seal. Reassemble pump with new "O" rings and fill with water.

Pump will not turn o until it reaches 33psi. How

You have to adjust the pressure switch to sense 45 PSI. Turn the adjustment CW just a bit and try it. Then adjust as needed. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/craig_3fa289bf857b1a3c

Shaft seal leaks on sta rite pump?

You need to get to the shaft at the back of the motor to hold it while you use water pump pliers or the like to turn it off. It will unscrew in the regular direction but if it has a set screw to hold it in (You will find this at the center of the impeller) this will be a left hand screw so you will go clockwise to loosen it. This should get the impeller off. If not you will need to put a screwdriver in the side of the impeller and give it a hit to lossen the impeller. Good luck.

I've a 5 litre garden pressure sprayer and it's not functioning properly. It is pumping pressure but then it's leaking it all out at top of the green handle.

Here are some steps you can follow: Check the Seals and O-Rings: Release the pressure: Make sure there's no pressure in the cylinder by releasing the pressure release valve. Unscrew the pump: Remove the pump to access the internal components. Inspect the seals and O-rings: Look for any damaged or worn-out rubber seals. Check the rubber seal at the bottom of the tube (where the plunger sits) and ensure it's in place. Examine the one-way valve (usually at the bottom of the tube) and clean it. Lubricate it with silicone grease. Lubricate the rubber washer on the plunger with silicone grease and reassemble it in the tube. Reassemble the pump: Put the plunger back into the tube and lock it with the handle. Test the sprayer: Pump it up and check if it maintains pressure without leaking. Inspect the Handle and Hose: Handle connection: Ensure the handle is securely attached to the cylinder. Hose inspection: Check the hose for kinks, twists, or blockages. Straighten out any kinks and remove debris that might be blocking the hose. Check the Nozzle and Wand: Nozzle adjustment: Adjust the nozzle to the desired spray pattern. Wand inspection: Examine the spray wand for clogs or obstructions. Lubricate O-Rings and Seals: Apply silicone grease to the O-rings, seals, and other moving parts to ensure smooth operation. Test the Sprayer: Fill the cylinder to the desired level (avoid exceeding the maximum fill mark). Screw down the pump firmly to create an airtight seal. Manually operate the pressure release valve to ensure it's working.

What is the transportation ring on a huskvarna chain saw

The transportation ring on a Husqvarna chainsaw is a small metal ring that is sometimes fitted onto one of the bolts when the saw is new. Its purpose is to prevent the chain from rotating during transportation or storage. If your chainsaw has this ring, you should remove it before using the saw. Keep it in a safe place so you can use it again if needed. If you're looking for more information about Husqvarna chainsaws, you can refer to the operator's manual for detailed instructions. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/3145215/Husqvarna-440.html

Yes, you can leave it on the charger. Modern chargers are designed to handle this, and it won’t harm the battery. However, it’s a good practice to remove the battery once it’s fully charged to prevent overcharging, especially if you won’t be using the tool for an extended period.
Remember to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for optimal battery care, and enjoy the enhanced performance of your Black and Decker tools!
