No Heat
The acid test would be to "jump it" and see if the heater functions normally. That's where you bypass the limit, taking it out of the loop. If you determine that the limit is the problem replace it, do not use the heater with the limit jumped.
Otherwise it may be the heating element itself. They do go out after a while.
CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A WIRING DIAGRAM AS MY
Not much to a heater , you have a rheostat that goes from high to low heat . A coil or maybe two ,one for high heat and the other for low heat . Most of the time though they use just one with different voltage levels contrlled by the rheostat and a thermostat (keeps it from over amping the coils ). So it is one of the three ,I would guess the thermostat especilly if trhe coil is still in one piece. Rheostat you can test with an ohm meter to see if the value changes (Power Off!) and if it does it works. The coil if you have resistance its good (Power Off !) . Unless the resistance is real high then it could be in bad shape . The circut breaker is saving you from a house fire so thnk God for that. If it does it on low heat as well then I would suspect your coil if only on high Its definately your thermostat
What could cause heater to run while pump is off
A faulty pressure switch - if it sticks in the closed position the heater will not recognize the pump is off. It is a pretty cheap fix. Kill the power to the unit, remove the covers. You notice a small metal disc about 3 inches in diameter with a plastic bridge covering one end. It will be screwed into the pipe and it should have two wires attached to it. Replace that part with one similar and you should be all set.

My Raypak RP2100 heater, when starting for first time of the day, shows CFH, then SPK and then just buzzes.

I have a Raypak 399L and the LCD screen shows Spa Set 100F. Under that it says sensor failure. It wont start up

Raypak Pool Heater wont stay ignited
Hi,
Please be careful when dealing with products using gas. Double check that the area around where ignition occurs does not have air blocked off as low oxygen would stop fire from occurring. You can also check fuel level of machine. Thank you.
