Error code PIER on arctic
There is no such code. PRR means a problem with the temp sensor.
PRH means a problem with the high limit
Working on arctic spa, FLC
Sounds like a blown element. If there is no error codes and the heat symbol on the display is on you should read 240V across the two leads to the heater. If you have 240V its the element for sure. If not you have a bad board or heater relay.
Where is the reset button on pump 1 on an arctic
If it is the old EMG pump that is green. The reset button is on the back off the black box on top of the motor. If it is not the Green EMG pump there is no reset and it is more likely the fuse in the pack that has blown
What does HL on display
Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.
HL stands for high limit...it means one of the high limit switches is open, preventing the heater from working. Either the limit has failed and replacing it will correct the issue or there is a situation with the heater or flow rates causing it to truly overheat...fixing the issue will return the heater to operation.

How to you replace the pressure switch on an arctic spa
First, locate the pressure switch and disconnect the wires that attach to it (they should just pull off). Now use another wire to connect those two wires, thus bypassing the pressure switch. If the problem continues, it is not the switch. If it works while in bypass, it is probably the switch, which just unscrews.Otherwise check to make sure that your water level is right and there are no obstructions in the filter or the suction line.
