Possible fuel filter, clog in the fuel line or your primer button could have a crack in it not allowing it to get a continuous flow of gas. If it's a new carburetor, the Jets may not be adjusted correctly or linkage not assembled back the way it was before.

I just replaced the battery in mine. I got my battery off Amazon. The battery is a LP12-7.2.
Make sure all switches are off and nothing is plugged into the power pak.
Remove the 5 screws on the back of the power pak.
Once the screws are out, Remove the back cover.
With the back cover off, remove the red positive wire and the back negative wire from the batteries F2 terminals. Install the new battery in the same position as when you removed the old battery. Connect the black negative wire to the black negative F2 terminal on the new battery. Connect the red positive wire to the red positive F2 terminal on the new battery. Make sure it’s pushed wire connectors are pushed on all the way and snug. Be carful when pushing on the wire connectors to terminals so as not to bend or snap off the terminals on the new battery. Place the back cover. Make sure there are no wires in the way of the cover and the positive and negative wires and their grommets are back in their slots. If there is nothing in the way, the back cover should snap back into place. Once the cover is back in place, turn on the power switch and check the power level of the battery. Switch on all the lights to
make sure they all work. Secure the back cover by screwing in the 5 screws you removed earlier.
I hope this helps ??

That is your linkage and it will tie in with your carburetor and throttle. Get the model number on your motor and do an online search for the make model and ask how to adjust your linkage. It should spit out everything you need. Make sure you're correct on your linkage settings because you can blow up a motor.

That's a straight-up wheel adjustment, if that's what you mean by deck. Each wheel pops into a different notch that is visible from the top of the lawn mower. Put them in the same notch all the way around and get to mowing.
