That is more than likely a loader selector valve. When a spool goes bad it will do exactly that. Make sure you have no quick couplers between the valve and the loader cylinder. If you do....bypass them and try again. If you still have an issue, the spool valve will have to be repaired or replaced.

There could be a few different issues at play here. First, check to make sure that there is nothing blocking the auxiliary hydraulics valves or lines. If everything is clear there, then the next step would be to check the pressure in the system. If the pressure is too low, that could be causing the problems you're seeing. Finally, if all of that looks good, it's possible that there is a problem with the electronic control module for the auxiliary hydraulics. That would need to be diagnosed and repaired by a qualified technician.

Look inside the fuel tank to see if anything is floating in it. I once had a piece of carbon paper inside one. It would start, idle all day but shut off when moved. The extra throttle along with movement caused that piece of paper to block fuel flow.

This is a tracked excavator and too specialised for us. Plus we are in North America and this is for the Asian market. If I were to guess, I would say failing bearings on the tracks, or worn/broken track teeth. Contact the maker direct. Their service department will know.
