If you go to your local home center in the lawn care section they will have these little plastic bottle of two cycle engine oil they treat a gallon of gas if this is your only machine that mixes gas and oil you probably will not use a whole gallon in a season and you should not keep the mixture for to long it will not last. So doing some simple math and looking at back of container try to mix the ratio down if a whole gallon is not needed. Good Luck...

use a good quality 2 cycle oil at 50:1 thats about 2.6 ounces of oil per gallon if you are using Red Armour or most other high quality oils. I have ran everything that calls for 40:1 at the 50:1 ratio with NO failures using Opti 2 premix.... all modern hand held equipment is usually 50:1

My 39500 will not start. I change the plug and replaced the fuel lins and bubble

If you are not using fresh fuel, change the fuel and replace. Although you will still have fuel in the carburetor and the lines. If you do not remove and drain it may take a little while to get it to start, but should be a lot less then what you are doing now.

If you remove the air filter you should see the choke butterfly valve on the air intake to the carburettor.
The choke lever should be connected to the axle of this valve on the outside of the carburettor.
