Poulan Featherlite Gas Blower, with Low Emission Engine, 150 M Questions & Answers
Are you stupid? I wrote that WHEN I PULL CORD I AM NOT GETTING ANY SPARK. YOUR ANSWER,TWICE is to REATTACH PULL CORD.
wow! That is pretty funny.
Ok....now lets check this out again. Take off the spark plug lead and then get a plug socket and remove the plug. Now reconnect the plug to the plug lead and set it on top the engine to ground it and pull the cord. If it has spark you should be able to see it. And leave the cord alone! ha ha!
Also, look at the plug when you pull it and see if it is wet with fuel or water. A lot of these small engines have gotten fussy about fuel and one bad tank will ruin your season!

I am not getting a spark
No spark can be a bad switch *(need to go in and unplug it from the ignition module and retest) or your ignition module has given up the ghost.
Get a t-handle set and go online and look up the parts. A module might cost more than a new unit....I think we both know what that means! Be safe and good luck!

YOU have told me to reattach the pull cord 3 different times.
Laying the spark plug against the cylinder head is not an ideal way to check for spark. The best way is with a tool designed specifically to check for spark available at most auto parts stores. Remove the spark plug from the engine. One end of the tool plugs into the plug wire the other end is a clamp and gets clipped to cooling fins or another good ground on the motor. Pull the cord and you will be able to see and hear the spark.

MY ROPE WONT GO BACK IN?? HOW DO I SOLVE THIS
well, either the screws that hold the plastic on (thats hooked up to the rope) are loose, or the spring in the recoil is wedged, missing, or dislodged. Might want to take off the recoil and check for any missing parts, wedged in or dislodged. if none of these is the case, try asking a person at your local hardware store, (home depot, westlake, strausser, harbor-freight, Lowe's)
