I have Poulan 2375 wild thing thing chain saw I replaced plug coil carb fuel lines filters checked spark put gas in cylinder. No luck

As you have done most things regarding fuel system i would have to assume it either has not enough compression, or the ignition timing is out, so remove the muffler and check the condition of the piston face through the open port, any signs of scuffing or marking on the piston then the saw has seized at some time and the piston ring is stuck in, if all appears ok then remove the flywheel and check the key has not sheared, the key is alloy and is part of the flywheel..

Wont stay running when you let off the gas???

Sound like the carb was never adjusted right. Unfortuatley, the carb adjustment screws require a certain tool that's not available to the public. (EPA thing) You'll have to take it to a shop to get it adjusted. That should solve the problem.

Connected carburetor to prima bulb& tank

Here is the way to hook up the fuel lines connected-carburetor-prima-bulb-amp-0snlkc2idhfslary3a2ev3kp-4-0.jpg Note: I put it together outside of the saw so you could see how it is hooked up. Fuel filter/pickup >>to>> Inlet on carb >>to>> Outlet of carb >>to>> to inlet on Primer bulb(shorter post) >>to>> Outlet of primer(longer post) >>to>>Fuel tank (usually has a retainer in tank to prevent fuel line from coming out.)

I wat is the ratio for 1 gallon of gas

I use 50:1 mix in every two stroke engine I own, Cynthia. Anything less could result in damage to the engine. However, if you buy Poulan oil for the saw, it may even have the recommended mixture in the fine print on the lable. I use Stihl oil in everything regardless of brand. I suggest not using bargain basement two stroke oil from bargain stores. Too heavy of a mixture, you will find excessive smoke and have more of a chance of fouling the spark plug. I have seen some small engines that wanted as heavy as 32:1 ratio, but you almost had to wear a respirator to run them.....

Need spark plug gap

I've never heard of the saw but it is probably a McCullock derivative. Try either 0.5mm or 30 thou (of an inch). It won't be far out and should get you out of trouble.

Warm weather cranking instructions?

After your saw sits for any extended period of time, it is suggested to drain all the old gas out of the tank and replace it with fresh mixed fuel. Currently we are being provided 'summer blend' fuel in warm weather and 'winter blend' fuel in the winter. All fuel now being 'oxygenated fuel' has a tendency to lose its oxygenation which changes the blend (for lack of a better description). Old winter fuel can make a saw diffficult to start in the summer and vice-versa. I wouldn't suggest running fuel with a high blend of alcohol because alcohol has a tendency to 'draw' moisture from the surrounding air and you can end up with water in your tank or gas can. Alcohol can also deteriorate rubber components and cause fuel delivery problems due to swollen or cracked lines. Never store your gas container directly on concrete or directly on dirt because that will cause moisture to condense on the inside surface of the fuel container above the level of the fuel. Always store gas cans on a rubber mat or on a wide board. Always keep the filter clean and sawdust out of the carb vestibule area to minimize contaminates entering the system. I'd suggest a full choke and a few sharp pulls until the plug fires, then go to half choke and pull sharply again and get ready to finger the throttle a bit until it warms up fully.
