Want to see why my batteries wont charge. Product is new !

Is the charger getting power? Is the power reaching the battery pack to charge them? If you answer yes to both questions then something has to be wrong with the battery pack.

there may be a loose bolt, I would see if someione you know has any mechanical ability and may be able to fix it easily or tell you what it needs.

Motor draws too much current

The motor has 2 brushes under a circular cap on the sides of the motor. When they wear down, they can use more current. Look there first. Then move on to the brake unit that is connected to the motor. If it doesn't release completely then excessive current will be drawn to move the scooter.

Pride Mobility Scooter just put in new batteries went to the shops and on the way back just stopped had to push it home not good shop is only 1Km away now it seems ok but don't want to risk it. Red li

Needs a full overnight charge of at least 12 hours and left on charge even when the lights tell you it's is charged up.then get into the habit of running it right down to improve the storage stamina of battery.good idea to take charger out with you so if you get a chance to top it up somewhere whilst away from home.remember in cold weather these things can't travel as far.

Why does the brake clutch chatter and the scooter will not move

Your motor and/or brake is more than likely bad.

My victory 3 loses power. After about 13 minutets of riding, the motor gets hot and trips the circuit. Batterey meter when the throttle is pushed, goes to yellow before it trips the breaker. After

either a battery or cable problem long stretch would be breaker and lastly motor if cables get hot try replace them first with larger wire sounds like a resistance problem assumeing your batteries are good and motor brushes good

Air preassure in victory scooter

Most electric mobility scooters with inflatable tires require a tire pressure of 30-35 psi (be sure to check the manual of your scooter for the correct tire pressure). Do not allow the tires to become under-inflated or over-inflated. Under-inflated tires could make the scooter unstable and over-inflated tires can burst under pressure. Also, you should manually inspect the tires periodically to make sure they haven't taken any serious damage that could lead to a flat.

Squeeking

That is strange because both rear wheels as they are connected directly to the trans-axle.I would block up the rear of the scooter so the rear wheels are off the floor, run the scooter, does it still squeak. If it does still squeak its probably the braking mechanism or the freewheel mechanism. I use allot of silicon spray in this area. I use my scooter outside allot, moisture gets into this area and can cause problems. I use pure silicon spray. WARNING; do not use WD-40, it will dissolve some plastics. Also wd40 gets sticky after awhile. Pure silicon spray wont harm anything and is EXCELLENT lubricant. Most scooters trans-axles are hard mounted to the frame, they have no suspension, maybe yours does have some sort of suspension, If it does spray all the joints with silicon. Hope this helps
