The indication is that the batteries are not charging. You need to have the batteries tested independently of the machines meter.by putting a voltmeter across the terminals. If the voltage is down you will have to look at the charger or the batteries for faults.

hi, 7 flashes implies the throttle lever (speed pot etc) is not in the correct position, other words not dead center, (PGDrives S -Drive Controller)Let me explain , the pot in question is a 5K value and the throttle lever rests in the center of that about 2.5k give and take If you can see the bottom of the metal stem in with the throttle lever is mounted there should be a cross head slot now that should be dead center, the slot facing you as you sit on the scooter, slightly off center will cause the fault reported.Regardswww.gewizrepairs.co.ukPlease rate my assistance.

hi, you have to expose the throttle pot that attached to the throttle lever , looking at the pot you see three wire connects, swap over the outside ones but leave the middle one alone. Regards GeWiz.

Sounds like your motor brake is out. Usually the discolor on the brake indicates it has overheated.

Check the batteries, charger, state of battery charge. Have the batteries load tested. Replace the batteries if over 2 years old and they load test bad

Its a throttle control lever problem.Its not centered.------- Throttle Control Lever--------- This lever allows you to control the forward speed and the reverse speed of your scooter up to the maximum speed you preset with the speed adjustment dial. ! Place your right hand on the right handgrip and your left hand on the left handgrip. ! Use your right thumb to push the right side of the lever to disengage your scooter's brakes and move forward. ! Release the lever and allow your scooter to come to a complete stop before pushing the other side of the lever to move in reverse. ! When the throttle is completely released, it automatically returns to the center "stop" position and engages your scooter's brakes.--------------- If your scooter starts to move down the incline faster than you anticipated or desired, allow it to come to a complete stop by releasing the throttle control lever. Then push the throttle control lever forward slightly to ensure a safely controlled descent.-----------

You can charge the batteries with your offboard charger and the battery pack still on the scooter just plug the charger into the charger port on the side of the battery case and then plug it into the wall socket and charge overnite Will work just like if you removed the battery pack from the scooter.
