the price of the part.

If the truss rod has broken loose, it is not user serviceable. This needs to go to a repir shop. The fretboard has to come off to fix this. The repair may be more than the value of the guitar.

The serial number SHOULD be stamped on the back of the head above the farthest tuner. It is like an eleven digit number.

It is POSSIBLE if your unit does NOT have this that it is counterfeit... it is happening all the time now.

First, try lowering the bridge. Lower it as ow as you can without the strings buzzing excessively. Check the straightness of the neck. You can adjust the truss rod and put a very slight bow in the neck if low action results in too much string buzz in your case. The nut may also be too high but a simple bridge adjustment should do it.

jus take the roof bracket off the scratchplate and you can push it back out with some copper wire ! happened to me twice lol

Try to see if you can fish one of the wires attached to the jack out enough to get the jack through the F hole. If you can get to the jack, get some medical tubing ( like they use in sling shots for example ) that will fit inside a jack. Stick the medical tubing through the guitar starting at the outside of the hole the jack is supposed to be in. Once you can fish the end of the tubing out through the Fhole, insert it into the jack and gently and carefully manuever the jack back into position by pulling on the other end of the tubing. You should be able to slide the washer and then the nut down over the tubing until you can thread them back into -place. Hope this helps.

Korea, 1996, July as best as I can make out from https://forum.gibson.com/topic/139846-epiphone-serial-number-decoding/ without knowing the model and the condition, there's no telling what it's value is. Check reverb.com for similar guitars safe to say tho that a Korean made Epiphone is not a classic (pre-Gibson) and will not be a high value guitar.

Sounds like perhaps a Les Paul Special II, but more detail is needed to say for sure. There was a lot of variation in their Les Paul models. Posting a photo of both sides and the headstock is best. -Has the guitar any binding, and what colour? -Is the back of the guitar white or all black? -Exactly what is on the front of the headstock, 'Epiphone', the 4-diamond logo, anything else? .

The controls should be setup in pairs (as long as the electronics haven't been modified. The two closest to the pickups are the volumes and the other two are the tone controls. The top knob set should be your neck pickup and the bottom set is for the bridge.
